This is an extension of the Home Ignition Zone Evaluation program that we developed, and then turned over to the RCDSMM. Since then, they have expanded it to many more communities. The goal is to train more volunteer evaluators to help people harden their homes against wildfire. It’s is a great way to serve your community and make it safer! The Wildfire Preparedness Training will be a combination of online and in person sessions on October 14th and 15th. The in person session will be held in Topanga.
