Location: Olympic Blvd. at 18th Street
Saturday, 6/22 | 10am – 2pm Our microforest on Olympic Blvd in Santa Monica is the first microforest on a street median in the United States! When the plants are fully established, they will absorb the carbon emitted by the nearby vehicles, providing health benefits to the community! Join us in planting this historic microforest that will benefit humans and wildlife alike!Due to the nature of planting on an active street, this event is restricted to ages 18+. Pets will not be allowed at this planting event. Sign up today to ensure that you will receive a thank you gift for helping us plant this exciting project!
