Vanya and his niece Sonya have spent years running a country estate.  Now that Sonya’s father, a retired professor, has settled in with his younger wife, what will happen to Vanya, Sonya, and the place they love? Will the local doctor stay off the vodka? Why is Nanny’s tea always cold? Chekhov’s brilliant comedy presents eight unforgettable characters struggling to make sense out of life.
The Los Angeles Times calls the new Vanya, “One of the most exquisite renderings of Uncle Vanya I’ve encountered.”
