TCC Partners with the County to Provide Meals and Groceries for Those In Need

The coronavirus has had a devastating financial impact on many in our community. On Tuesday, March 16, The Topanga Community Center, in conjunction with Sheila Kuehl’s Supervisorial Office will be distributing meals (like from the CDBG program this summer) as well as grocery boxes from the LA Food Bank for residents in need of aid. Distribution is from 3 – 5 pm on a first-come, first-served basis at the Topanga Library. This program is for anyone in the Canyon for whom this pandemic has seriously financially impacted and could use a helping hand. Individuals and families in need can pick up a meal or a box or both, depending on their needs.

Meals will also be distributed on a first-come, first served basis on Tuesday, March 30, and Tuesday, April 13. If the volunteers have grocery boxes at that time, they will be available as well.
