What happens when the writer loses the plot? Especially when the writer is Jane Austen? Join Topanga Actors Company for a staged reading of Laura Wade’s delightful THE WATSONS. An unfinished novel by Jane Austen features Emma Watson who must marry lest she and her sisters be forever impoverished. Jane Austen didn’t finish the story, so who writes the heroine’s happy ending?
