Explore Our City Like Never Before
You’re invited to the RCD’s first ever community workshop series, Wild City – a set
of hands-on outdoor experiences within LA’s wildspaces guided by our team of
experts!
Throughout this six-part series, you will receive fundamental scientific training
including water quality testing, bird presence and diversity surveys, invasive species
removal, and plant identification as well as immerse in creative experiences through
both watercolor scientific painting and nature journaling – all set within the backdrop
of some of LA’s most scenic natural areas.

This series will take place on select Saturdays from May through June 2023.
