Volunteer with the RCD — help water recently planted baby oaks

Oak Care events at the Resource Conservation District of the Santa Monica Mountains are back in full swing & the RCD’s overjoyed to welcome volunteers back to local woodlands! Thanks to incredible volunteers, the RCD has planted over 200 oak trees throughout Trippet Ranch in Topanga State Park. These young trees need extra help to thrive in this space, especially as summer months loom ahead. As temperatures warm and rains become less likely, the RCD is calling on volunteers to join them at an upcoming oak care event. In upcoming months, events will be held as follows:

Mar. 5th
Mar. 19th
April 2nd
April 23rd
