Learn tips for safety and fall prevention, improve you’re your balance and increase self-confidence in your daily activities. Join us Wednesday, November 1 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. for a free presentation on Introduction to Balance and Senior Safety. Kat High will lead the presentation. Kat is a licensed physical therapist with decades of experience at the Motion Picture Hospital and other facilities. The presentation will be followed by weekly classes starting Wednesday, November 8 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
New! Intermediate Balance and Strength Class begins Monday, November 6 at 10:00 a.m.The weekly class offers exercises to improve balance, as well as Pilates exercises to increase strength.
The weekly Beginning Balance and Intermediate Balance and Strength Classes are $10 per class, with a discount to $5 per class for those who participate in Lola Babylon’s chair yoga and Justine Lewis’ gentle yoga classes in the Sages Room. For more information, contact Kat High, [email protected].
