Ebenezer’s Make Over Singalong at the Topanga Library

For those who missed out on Peter Alsop’s musical at Theatricum this summer, or for those who loved it so much they’re ready to see it again, the Topanga Library will be hosting a watch party singalong for the feature-length video of Ebenezer’s Make Over.

Peter’s musical version of Charles Dickens’ classic story delights audiences with hilarious, insightful, and touching songs by feminist men and women songwriters as three spirits teach close-minded Ebenezer Scrooge how his sexist, patriarchal attitudes were formed and what will happen to our world if men don’t work to change their competitive gender-linked behaviors. This event is suitable for adults and teens.

The events will run from Oct. 24-Nov. 21 from 7pm-9:30pm. $10 recommended donation at the door. There will be a Q&A with Peter and special guests after the video.

To reserve your seat, call (310) 428-0504 or email peter@peteralsop.com
