No Kings 2

On October 18, Topanga activists will gather at the Topanga Post Office starting at 1 pm for the local No Kings Protest. The focus here is on positivity: “we will show up for peace, love, joy, kindness, decency, community, solidarity, civil rights…” the announcement for the event states.

Guest speakers, live music, and an art show are planned. Topangans have a long history of using peaceful protests to promote positive change.

In other places tensions may be running much higher. It is important for everyone at every protest to know their rights. TNT encourages everyone to read the following, and to visit nokings.org for more information.
