Mothers Day MOMentum Returns to Theatricum

MOMentum Place

MOMentum Place is back for a Mother’s Day spectacular like no other! Join host Lexi Pearl for this long-running Topanga tradition. It’s an uplifting, high flying, astounding aerial performance is a celebration of moms everywhere.

Prior to the coronavirus crisis, MOMentum took place in front of a live audience at the Theatricum Botanicum and was followed by a festive brunch. This year’s performance is on Zoom, which makes this a great opportunity to share this magical event with a mom or mother figure who might otherwise never have had the opportunity to experience the show in person. The performance takes place May 9 at 2 pm. Tickets are ($35 per household) and more information at www.theatricum.com/momentum-place

Jazz Brunch

Theatricum’s Jazz Brunch is also moving to Zoom. This free event features improvisational jazz music performed by an impressive lineup of world-renowned musicians live from Theatricum on Zoom.

Participants have to provide their own brunches this year. Plan ahead and be ready with homemade waffles and coffee, or a takeout brunch from a favorite local restaurant for an afternoon of amazing jazz on May 22, 11-2 p.m. Reserve free tickets at www.theatricum.com/jazzbrunch.
