Topanga Days Is Officially Postponed

The Topanga Community Center has officially decided to postpone the 47th Topanga Days Music and Arts Festival for a second year, and will work toward hosting a fun and safe event in May of 2022.

“The past year has been a challenging one for everyone,” the board announced. “We know that there is a light at the end of the tunnel, but for the safety and well-being of the artists, guests, vendors, and nearly 300 dedicated volunteers who make this event possible, we must postpone our main fundraiser, Topanga Days, for one more year, and hope that our community will continue its support.”

TCC’s volunteer board is working to plan live events for the time when Los Angeles County can safely reopen. COVID-19 has shown a need to adapt. Expect to see more opportunities to utilize the TCC space and create socially distanced gatherings until COVID-19 is no longer part of daily life. Topanga Days will return over Memorial Day weekend in 2022 to rock Topanga Canyon, as it has for 46 years, by attracting top talent with its homegrown bohemian charm.

Community building is paramount to the TCC’s mission and work.

“This past year, the TCC has been working with volunteers on creating socially distant ways to serve our neighbors in Topanga. While we are sad to have to cancel our fundraiser again, the outpouring of support from the community, both socially and financially, has been greatly appreciated, and we thank you for your understanding as we continue to navigate through the pandemic.”
