Small Business Recovery Fund 

The Topanga Chamber of Commerce encourages local businesses to apply for the Department of Consumer and Business Affairs LA Regional COVID-19 Recovery Fund’s Keep Our Shops on the Block Grant. 

A total of 470 grants of $10,000 will be awarded to personal care and retail businesses. Eligible applicants must demonstrate that they own a brick and mortar business that is currently open and operating, has an annual revenue under $1,000,000 (based on 2019 or 2020 tax return), and that they have suffered financial hardship because of COVID-19. The grants are reserved for businesses that have not yet received a CRF-funded grant from the County of LA in 2021. The funds must be used to cover business expenses incurred from January 1, 2021 through December 30, 2021. The application period for the grant program application period ends on April 11.
