The Pacific Palisades Democratic Club, whose board and membership include many Topanga residents, is hosting its annual Garden Party on Sunday, August 6 at 2 PM at a home in the Palisades Riviera. The idea behind the event is to give people a chance not just to hear from but to mingle with their elected officials in a beautiful outdoor setting while raising funds for Democratic candidates and causes — though all are welcome to attend, regardless of party affiliation..
