Pinstripes

Pinstripes, a massive entertainment venue offering chef-driven dining, bowling and bocce, just opened at Westfield Topanga last weekend. The experiential hotspot immerses diners in an elevated culinary experience with an expansive food and beverage menu served in the ground floor “bistro.” Unlike other bowling alley settings, the food comes first at Pinstripes, with a menu offering an enticing selection of fresh seasonal entrees and craft cocktails. Notable dishes include the Ahi Tuna Flatbread, featuring #1 grade tuna marinated ceviche-style, and joined by a chorus of avocado, balsamic shallots, grape tomato, and arugula. For those who can’t resist the siren call of succulent meat, the Bone-In Pork Chop and Char-Grilled Ribeye are here to answer your prayers. Rubbed with an aromatic espresso blend, the juicy Bone-In Pork Chop sits atop a bed of sweet potato mash, grilled asparagus and is smothered in a decadent Kahlua cream sauce and roasted shallots. On a lighter note the Burrata Caprese Salad brings together creamy burrata, ripe heirloom tomatoes, fragrant basil, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze, all elevated by a signature kale & pistachio pesto.

The expansive space at Pinstripes has an eclectic display of abstract art, fireplaces, floor-to-ceiling murals and an open-concept kitchen on the ground floor. With restaurant-style seating, guests can choose to chow down at a booth, banquet or table surrounding the bar, offering an array of wines, beers and craft cocktails. Grab a seat in front of one of the many big-screen TVs, broadcasting major sporting events live. Ready for Bocce? Pinstripes topanga has four bocce courts on the first and second levels. As you make your way upstairs, try your best at bowling! Pinstripes Topanga has 11 bowling lanes with vintage-style bowling balls and shoes. The second level also offers a bar, serving cocktails, beer and wine.
