Every year, Topanga Days is one of the most memorable experiences that we share together as a Topanga community- and with all of Los Angeles. It is a labor of love fundraiser by the TCC and we truly couldn’t make it happen without our Sponsors and Volunteers- so thank you to all of our Sponsors and Volunteers!
This year is no different- a successful Topanga Days will once again rely on volunteers and sponsors.
As JFK once said, “Ask not what your local community center can do for you, ask what you can do for your local community center.” Or something like that…
The answer is to VOLUNTEER for TOPANGA DAYS 2025 or pre buy your ticket to attend our 3 day music festival, celebrating 50 years of Music at https://topangadays.com and register for the parade.
In addition to the simple satisfaction of knowing you are making Topanga Days possible, the TCC is offering all volunteers FREE ADMISSION (a $60 value for non-members/$30 for members) for their SHIFT for either the same day as their shift or another day, and a Volunteer T-shirt (some restrictions may apply).
To produce an event like Topanga Days, we need volunteers to do everything from assisting with Set Up on Thursday and Friday to help with the box office, fun zone, parking, ticketing, and hospitality during Topanga Days on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
In past years, volunteers have often waited until the final days before Topanga Days to sign up as volunteers. While that has always been appreciated, the last-minute sign-ups make it difficult for our Volunteer Coordinator to most effectively assign volunteers to available shifts that best match the volunteer’s skills and interests with the festival’s needs.
To ensure that volunteers have the best experience, and that Topanga Days runs as smoothly as possible, we ask VOLUNTEERS to APPLY ASAP at https://topangadays.com/volunteer/
When you apply to volunteer, you will be contacted about your availability and your skills, interests, and experience. Such as if you are computer capable, organized or not, a people person or not, able to lift heavy items like sandbags, good with giving direction/speaking up if there is a problem, kid friendly, etc.
Our Volunteer Coordinator can’t guarantee that you will be assigned the exact shift and role that you desire, but she will do her absolute best to accommodate your request. One thing we can assure you is that by volunteering you will be helping in a big way while spending time with great people & enjoying excellent music at a beautiful location. Not a bad way to spend Memorial Day Weekend!
