Pilates in Topanga—Open House for Families

Now that Fall routines are shaping up, Pilates in Topanga would like to invite all Topanga families to their Open House from 1-5 on Saturday, September 13 at 120 S Topanga Canyon Blvd. Suite 208 in Pine Tree Circle (above Waterlily Café). Try out the Pilates equipment, ask questions and meet  excellent, Topanga-based instructors.

With the recent proliferation of reformer Pilates studios, many think Pilates just isn’t for them. Although those studios are great for adults with symmetrical bodies seeking whole-body workouts, group classes cannot easily accommodate the needs of individual students of all ages, especially those with health issues, or physical differences. This studio is different; Pilates in Topanga aims to prioritize  addressing each client’s personal needs.

Joining with a family member or friend is the easiest way to start a healthy habit. Pilates improves strength, posture, alignment, muscle balance, flexibility and can provide stress-relief. And it’s also fun!

Parents can bring their children with them whenever babysitting isn’t available, and teens can train in a private non-threatening place to strengthen their newly changing bodies and build confidence.

In this era of rising prices, Pilates in Topanga  has intentionally kept their semi-private session rates manageable to make it easier for more people to attend.
