Pilates Gift Certificates for the Holidays!

The holidays are upon us and it’s time to find gifts to delight our loved ones. Our material desires come and go with the fashions and the seasons, but the gift of an “experience” creates a positive memory forever—especially if it enhances our well being.

Pilates in Topanga has gift certificates to fit the bill. You can purchase a single session or a package of sessions. This could be just the thing to jump start someone’s New Year’s resolutions, and get sedentary loved ones back on track to fitness!  Working out on Pilates equipment is great for strength training, body balancing, flexibility and stress reduction. Pilates in Topanga sessions are local, private and fun!

Pilates in Topanga specializes in working with people of all ages (10 and up). Their excellent certified instructors tailor the sessions to keep work-outs safe and meet everyone’s individually-varying fitness needs.

The studio has been a hidden gem located behind the greenery above Water Lily Café. Pilates in Topanga has recently broadened their outreach in the community this year with two open houses:

In September they highlighted what Pilates can do for families:

  • Provide great stress reducing workouts to parents while kids are in school
  • Train young athletes after school so they can excel in their sports
  • Help teenagers gain confidence in their newly changing bodies
  • Be a novel fun “date night” activity for couples
  • Keep seniors fit and flexible to prevent injuries or rehab existing ones

In October the open house was held with their next-door neighbor, Topanga Acupuncture, Bodywork and Chiropractic to celebrate Pilates in Topanga’s 25th Anniversary at Pine Tree Circle.

Think of Pilates this season and give the gift of health and happiness!
