Sages Adds New Wednesday Restorative Yoga!

Due to popular interest, Canyon Sages is adding a weekly restorative yoga class to its schedule of classes. Yoga is a time-tested tradition that brings body, mind and spirit into alignment. The class offers breath work, yoga asanas and gentle movements for balance, strength and mobility. Each class starts with standing yoga poses for balance, coordination and spinal warm up. Then students will enjoy a slow paced, restorative floor-based yoga sequence to nourish, relax and renew the nervous system.

Class begins on Wednesday April 15, 10am to 11:15 am in the Sages Room adjacent to the Topanga Community House. Lola Babalon will teach the 1st & 3rd Wednesdays, and Justine Lewis the 2nd and 4th. Both instructors bring their unique experience to the practice.

Prerequisite: the ability to get up and down off the floor. Students will leave more limber, calm and restored

Please bring a yoga mat and blanket or beach towel. Sliding scale: $5 to $20.

Contact the instructors for more information: Lola4babalon@yahoo.com or Jlewis@visibleleadership.com
