Truly the “Angel in Your Kitchen”, Patrice Winter is the proprietor of the Canyon Bakery located at the Theatricum Botanicum. A local treasure renowned for her home fermented grains she mills herself and baker par excellence has been discovered and written up in this Sunday’s Los Angeles Times.
